Yoga & Mindfulness for Littles
About MindfuLittles.
Hello & Welcome!
My name is Meghan DiLello. I am an elementary teacher and a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. After completing my yoga teacher training, I decided to combine my two passions in life: working with children & yoga.
Our world is busy and ever-changing. My goal is to help children navigate this and learn how to slow down. When children practice yoga and mindfulness, they are learning how to: be present, regulate emotions, be self-aware, focus, manage anxiety, connect with self, connect with others, practice gratitude, and so much more. All while having fun and building friendships!
“Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now, without wishing it were different.
Enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will)
Being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won’t).”
~James Baraz

“So impressed with MindfuLittles yoga! Our 7 year old has been attending these classes for a few months and looks forward to them each week. We will be signing up for more! Such a treasure to have in our community!”
“My boys recently completed a series of classes, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They came back from each session feeling refreshed and balanced, with smiles on their faces. The classes offered a wonderful variety of activities that kept the kids happily engaged. It was clear that they were having a great time while also learning valuable skills. The positive impact on their overall well-being was evident, and we wholeheartedly recommend these classes to any parents looking for a nurturing and enriching experience for their children.”
“My son loves this class and looks forward to it every week. As our city grows, it is nice to see additional services that serve our children and provide them with essential resilience-building skills. I know these classes will book up so quickly and I hope to be first in line to secure my son’s spot in her next offering!”
